I really enjoyed my stay at the Bay Princess. My Mother, Sister and myself stayed there for 3 nights the end of August 2016. We stayed in unit 404. It was convenient to parking and elevators. The unit itself was just beautiful and extremely comfortable. The on line picture did not do it justice. . The décor was very relaxing and the view of the bay was very tranquil. The mattress just sucked me in..LOL. It was conveniently located just minutes from the quiet end of the beach and the delicious seafood and steak buffet at Bonfire Restaurant. The people at Coastal Sales and Rentals were very helpful and hospitable. The property was clean and well maintained. The only tiny problem was the air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom did not get cold enough for my family. The temp in the 1st bedroom was perfect. We were having such a good time, we didn't report it to anyone though. My family and I had a wonderful stay and I would recommend Bay Princess to anyone

Thank You for helping us make family memories. The condo was tastefully decorated and very nice. I appreciated all the detailed notes. the view was spectacular. And after long days at the beach, coming to the condo was sweet and well air conditioned. This was our first stay in Ocean City, but it won;t be our last.

We loved staying at this very quiet, clean and cool (a/c works really well) home. It was the perfect base for swimming and exploring Ocean City as well as visiting Assateague. We loved the ocean club and the beaches are fabulous - and non-smoking (new this year). The life guards are great. Assateague is stunning - beaches, crabs, ponies, bird life. Closer to the house - great bagels and a large grocery store are less than 10 minutes away. Pools in Ocean Pines are nice too. Comfortable beds for everyone. Loved having a grill too. Great indoor porch and nice front porch. House is clean and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with pans etc. Dishwasher very quiet - we could watch a movie and have it running. Great place - we will be back! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers

Amazing This place was amazing. My fiancée and I was here for our 8 year anniversary and I'll be honest it made me think about buying property in the area. We had an amazing time and even though it was a colder time of year. It was still an gorgeous scenery. We had a blast. I'm definitely booking again.

Will be booking again! Myself and 7 friends go to OC a few times a every summer to have a great time. Excellent location, very clean and spacious! Absolutely loved it. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers

I decided to use Coastal Resort to rent my home in Ocean Pines and I am very impressed. Within 2 weeks, I have great tenant paying much more than I rented it for on my own.

Our first rental in Ocean City, MD was a wonderful experience for my family. We will certainly be back to visit and use them as our rental agent.

Coastal Resort was absolutely wonderful to deal with in securing our lodging for a recent three generation family get-away. Both Dawn and Amanda are responsive and pleasant to deal with. Everything was as promised, the property was extremely neat, clean and incredibly well stocked; and the location was perfect for our needs.
