Description
An action-packed getaway without the traffic, crowds or hustle and bustle of Ocean City! Located right by Ocean Pines, this property has everything you need for nonstop family entertainment. Whether you prefer playing pool, ping pong, shuffleboard etc...FUN is the name of the game at this fabulous family retreat! Come in, drop your bags, take in the view and start exploring all this home has to offer. The family cook will want to plan for meals in the incredible chef's kitchen with double oven and 5 burner gas stove. Dine inside with table seating for 6 as well as 2 counter stools or grab your plate and head out to the waterfront deck where you'll find additional table seating for 6. After dinner, grab your favorite sipper from the beverage fridge and relax in the comfortable living room, spectacular sunroom or around your private beach firepit. Three of the 4 bedrooms have access to an outdoor water view. The downstairs master can access the main deck to the beach area and offers a Jack & Jill style shared full bathroom with shower. The laundry room is also located on the main level. The mind-blowing master suite is at the top of the stairs. The lucky couple in this room will enjoy a jetted tub, uniquely beautiful tile shower, and a private waterfront balcony with sofa! If work and/or small children accompany your vacation, the master suite also offers a twin trundle bed and lofted workstation area where you'll be able to keep an eye on the good times happening below. Bedroom 3 opens to a 2-seater balcony perfect for a quiet nightcap. Bedroom 4 is located right next to the shared full bathroom with tub & shower and perfect for the kids. The kids will also be thrilled to have their own bonus TV room with sleeper sofa located downstairs off the laundry room.

Guests at Marina Drive can access all Ocean Pines pools for a per day fee of: $8 per adult, $6 per child (17-5 years old), children 4 and under do not need a pass. Fees are to be paid at the pool directly. Guests are welcome to purchase the Ocean Pines Beach Club Parking Permit from the Ocean Pines Association office directly for $125 per week. Permits must be ordered 7 days or greater prior to check-in. Please call for additional assistance.
