Description
Our bayside townhouse (3 floors) on 26th street is the perfect place for your family's summer vacation in Ocean City! Why are you going to love staying at our beach townhouse with AC and free Wi-Fi as much as we do? Because it is not only beautiful, comfortable and kid friendly, but it is incredibly convenient. It is just a short 1/4 mile walk to the beach. Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Waterpark and Speed World are just a 3 block walk. There are at least 4 miniature golf courses within 2 blocks. Restaurants? Fish Tales Restaurant is a short 3-block walk. Dunkin Donuts is a block away at the corner of 26th and Coastal Highway. Happy Jacks Pancake House is on 26th Street. The 7-11, Pizza Hut, Candy Kitchen, Fractured Prune (make your own donuts!), Sunsations, Salty Dog Bar and Restaurant, Pit N Pub are all within a few blocks.
MAIN FLOOR
The huge open second floor has the kitchen, dining area, and living area with a flat 60" wide screen smart television with cable service. This is the activity center for eating and relaxing, and a large sectional sofa with a soft chair and a ceiling fan. Step out onto the balcony for a beautiful view of the bay and evening chatter.
The dining area has a dining table that seats 6 and a breakfast bar for 3. The large kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. It also has a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave.
TOP FLOOR
The Master Bedroom offers a king bed. The room has a ceiling fan, large closet, and television. It has a private bathroom with a large tile walk in shower. A door to the private balcony offers an excellent view of the bay for beautiful sunsets! A separate HVAC system for the top floor will provide you with comfortable sleeping.
Bedroom No. 2 offers a queen bed. It also includes a large closet and a television. It has close access to the hall bathroom shared with Bedroom No. 3.
Bedroom No. 3 offers a twin over full sized bunk bed, perfect for your little surfers! It has a television monitor that is only DVD enabled.
GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom No. 4 is on the ground floor and is a second master bedroom with its own private bathroom. It has a television monitor that is only DVD enabled.
The garage can be used to park one vehicle and is the perfect spot for those sandy beach chairs, toys, fishing rods, and even bikes. There is a refrigerator/freezer in the garage which is perfect for loading and unloading the cooler for long days at the beach! There is a private parking lot with 2 assigned spots, plus additional street parking. 26th Street is a dead-end street so there is minimal traffic, plus fishing is permitted in the bay at the end of the street only a half block away from the townhouse.
Fantastic partial bay view from living room and master bedroom balconies and only 3 block walk to the beach.
