Description
You will fall in love with the endless ocean and bay views from this 22nd & 23rd floor split level unit. Upon entry, the kiddo's will be delighted to see the unique nautical bench seat loaded with beach toys. The entry level bedroom sleeps 4 offering a TV, balcony and private bathroom with tub & shower. The beach vibes continue upstairs as you walk through the stylish super bright living area with sofa bed, then head out onto your private ocean front balcony where you can rock and relax. Enjoy mealtime in the well-appointed kitchen with bench seating for 6 as well as 3 counter stools. The 2nd level bedroom with king bed offers a TV. The tub & shower bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door. Both bedrooms boast floor to ceiling windows perfect for watching Ocean City's incredible Assawoman Bay sunsets. When you're ready for sand in your toes, step off the massive Century 1 sundeck and hit the beach! This unit is conveniently located next to the elevators.
Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building.
Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

The Century I building offers a fitness center complete with sauna as well as an indoor pool (open seasonally) and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.
