Located on the west side of the building, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat features a large private balcony where you can unwind and enjoy the evening sky over the bay. Inside, the open living area is filled with natural light and decorated with cheerful coastal touches. Comfortable seating and a dining table for eight make it easy for everyone to gather together after a day at the beach. The fully stocked kitchen opens to the main living space, creating a welcoming layout for meals, conversation, and relaxing evenings. The primary suite features dual sinks and a walk-in shower, while two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom provide plenty of space for family or friends. This unit also includes two assigned parking spaces, making your stay even more convenient.

The Capri provides outstanding year-round amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, and library. Located on 110th Street, you’re just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants.

A $75 building amenity fee per week is included with your reservation and covers one parking space. Additional parking may be available directly through The Capri on a first-come, first-served basis at $10 per day or $55 per week.

Important Construction Notice: The Capri building is scheduled to undergo a balcony remediation project from September 9, 2026, through May 7, 2027, with work taking place Monday through Friday. Because the entire property will be an active construction zone, guests should anticipate construction-related noise and activity regardless of their unit’s location. Balconies on the north side of the building will be inaccessible during this phase, and parking availability may be limited. We encourage guests to carefully consider these conditions before booking.

Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
