It was a nice place. A little pricey. We needed first floor for my handicap mother. Everything was good the first few days. Then someone started parking in our “spot”. There is additional parking out back. Was just a pain with my mom. We did not get the linen package. We brought our own. Don't forget to bring something to put on the floor in the bathroom after you take a shower. There was no bath mat. Also, bring your own garbage bags. We were there for 4 days with 5 people and one garbage bag was not enough. The apartment wasn't very well cleaned. Upon cleaning it before we left we discovered a child's shirt and shorts under the king bed. Along with a kiddie cup. In the other room we found someone's jean shorts. The beach was very close. The walk through to the beach was a lot. The dunes were very high and lots of sand. I am just saying this as my mom was only able to walk it once. I would definitely have to stay somewhere that is handicap accessible for her. There is no yard and no patio. There is a tiny covered patio right when you walk in the front door. Where there is a hose that you can use to get the sand off. They do leave you a “gift bag” on the table. That consist of two rolls of TP and one roll of paper towels. I am glad I brought my own, we would've ran out. The rolls on the toilet paper holders were almost empty when we got there. We did bring our dog. He did great! But like I said there is no yard. We walked him along the sand dune path out along the beach. No dogs are allowed on the beaches in OCMD from Memorial Day til Sept. There is also no dog parks anywhere around. This place would be great for 6-8 younger people who just want to hang at the beach.
