Inside, the bright and spacious living area provides comfortable seating for gathering, whether you're unwinding in front of the TV or enjoying meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The primary suite features a beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second full bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently located just across from the second bedroom, offering added comfort and privacy for guests.
The 9400 Building offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You’re within easy walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.
Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking may be available directly through the 9400 Building on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $65.
