This property comes fully furnished, does not permit pets or smoking, and is advertised for Winter rental October 1st through April 30th at $900 a month.
Tenant is responsible for electric.
Water, cable and internet are included.
Move-In expenses include 1st months' rent, last month's rent, and Security Deposit.

Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer.
As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!
Your reservation includes a $50 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $50.
