A kitchen with Formica counters and non-stainless steel appliances is still a decent kitchen, but if we can go the extra mile and offer stone counters, high-end appliances, and custom cabinetry with doors that shut softly and adds luxury to the space, we will do that. Dining rooms, or dining room spaces in our open concept floor plans, will be furnished with tables that offer enough seats for every seat in your traveling party, but is there anything wrong with adding cushions so you can sit longer, play another board game, and/or open a new bottle of wine to pair with the views you can’t take your eyes off of? Fireplaces that may be electric or gas still offer warmth and romance but are so much easier to “build” the fires and wine refrigerators can save space in the regular refrigerator while ensuring that every bottle is chilled to the exact temperature that makes it shine.
The Things That Make You Say Wow
We could have stopped this story at the paragraph above, but there are still so many amenities to explore and we have now reached the category of wow. The views we just mentioned will very often be waterfront ones and the patios, decks, and balconies that stretch across the back of the condo or home you have chosen to make your own are designed to be an integral part of your vacation experience. Step outside and feel any remaining stresses drift away in sea breezes and when you sink into that extra soft lounger, you may never want to get back up again. Many of these properties will feature full sized dining tables out on these spaces, because who wouldn’t want to enjoy a meal in which the “musical accompaniment” is waves crashing against sandy beaches and the setting of the sun casts a golden glow over every bite you take? These outdoor spaces will probably be the most popular spots on the property and we sincerely hope you take at least a few hours out of your schedule to enjoy them to the fullest.
