This inviting split-level condo offers beautiful water views from both sides of the unit, with a nicely updated living area downstairs where you can unwind and enjoy all the comforts of home. Prepare a quick meal in the well-appointed kitchen, then step outside to relax with your favorite beverage on the large oceanfront balcony, where the sights and sounds of the beach are just steps away. The downstairs bedroom features its own balcony overlooking the Assawoman Bay, providing the perfect place to watch the incredible Ocean City sunsets. A full bathroom with shower is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door, and when you’re ready for sand between your toes, simply step off the massive Century I sundeck and head directly to the beach.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking may be available through Century I on a first-come, first-served basis for $10 per day or $70 per week.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2026 through Memorial Day 2027. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.

The condo we stayed in was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone and the views from all 3 balconies were unbelievable. With a grocery store across the street and great restaurants within a short walking distance it was also the perfect location. My family and I already talked about staying here again next year. The lady at the front desk inside the Century 1 building representing Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals was the nicest lady and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you are thinking about going Resto OC do yourself a favor and book with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals and stay at Century 1.
