Prepare a quick meal in the well-appointed kitchen, then step outside to relax with your favorite beverage on the large oceanfront balcony, where the sights and sounds of the beach are just steps away. The downstairs bedroom features its own balcony overlooking the Assawoman Bay, providing the perfect place to watch the incredible Ocean City sunsets. A full bathroom with shower is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door, and when you’re ready for sand between your toes, simply step off the massive Century I sundeck and head directly to the beach.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking may be available through Century I on a first-come, first-served basis for $10 per day or $70 per week.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.
