Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully prior to booking. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A mandatory $99 cancellation fee applies to all reservations, regardless of the cancellation date. Cancellation Timeline -60 Days or More Prior to Arrival: Guest will receive a refund of all monies paid, less the $99 cancellation fee. -31–59 Days Prior to Arrival: Guest is responsible for 50% of the total reservation amount, plus the $99 cancellation fee. -30 Days or Less Prior to Arrival: No refunds will be issued. All payments and deposits will be forfeited.

Check-In: 3:00 PM Check-Out: 10:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and scheduling. To ensure the property is properly prepared for the next arriving guests, we are unable to make exceptions during peak turnover periods. If you anticipate arriving after hours, please contact our office in advance so we can provide after-hours check-in instructions.

Check-in instructions depend on the property you have reserved. Most guests will check in at our office located at: Coastal Resort Rentals 8008 Coastal Highway Ocean City, MD If your property offers self check-in, you will receive detailed arrival instructions — including your door code (if applicable) — prior to your arrival date. An email containing your specific check-in instructions will be sent 7 days prior to your arrival date. We recommend reviewing this email carefully before traveling. If you have any questions about your check-in location or arrival process, our team is happy to assist.
