Two oceanfront balconies make this split-level condo a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of Ocean City from sunrise to sunset. Start your morning with an incredible ocean sunrise from the private balcony off the primary bedroom, the perfect spot to sip coffee while listening to the waves. Downstairs, the comfortable living area flows into the eat-in kitchen with seating for six, creating a welcoming space to gather after a day at the beach. Just beyond the living area, the second large oceanfront balcony offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and take in the fresh sea air and sweeping coastal views. The downstairs bedroom sleeps two and features floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of the Assawoman Bay, while a full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door. When you’re ready for sand between your toes, simply step off the massive Century I sundeck and head straight to the beach.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking may be available through Century I on a first-come, first-served basis for $10 per day or $70 per week.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.
