This property is located in R1 zoning area which requires all guests abide by the following guidelines: Maximum occupancy shall be 2 persons per bedroom plus 2 additional persons excluding children under 10 years of age between the hours of midnight and 7am. There shall be 5 consecutive overnight minimum length of stay required for any reservation. There shall be no more than 4 unrelated people occupying the property at any time. Additionally, Ocean City requires Guests to fill out and sign a document detailing all Guests, ages and relations. These guidelines are strictly enforced. Upon booking, Coastal Resort Sales & Rentals will send a form to be completed and returned by the booking Guest.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.
