We have an variety of beach amenities for your use, including: a beach cart, for getting on and off the beach, beach chairs, for relaxing comfortably, a sun ninja rated SPF 50, to protect you from the sun, and an assortment of beach toys for playing on the beach. This will save valuable packing space when planning your vacation.

This beautiful living space has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. There is a large open dining and living space. If cooking is your idea of relaxing, the kitchen is well equipped and is sure to please. If you are a coffee lover, bring your favorite ground coffee and brew your own pot or single serving K-cups. The living space is roomy and comfortable with a flat screen smart TV. The spacious balcony has a view of the ocean and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, meals or steamed crabs.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, with a smart TV and your own private bathroom. The second bedroom features a full bed with a smart TV. The third bedroom features a bunk bed, twin over full. The main bathroom has a full-size tub. Looking for additional sleeping space? Look no further than a queen sleep sofa featured in your living room, ensuring everyone has their own spot to snuggle down and get a good night’s rest to prepare for the fun in store for them each day!

You have an assigned parking space that is just steps away from the building. There is an outdoor shower to remove the sand and salt after a great day on the beach. The building has a shared outdoors bike rack, an elevator and multiple stair wells.

Festival-goers will love the convenience of being just across the street from one of the first Oceans Calling shuttle stops—grab a seat early and enjoy an easy ride straight to the festival!

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
