Drop your bags and take in the spectacular ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the private primary bedroom, creating the perfect welcome to your Ocean City getaway. This inviting split-level condo offers a comfortable and updated living space where you can relax and enjoy both ocean and bay views throughout your stay. Head downstairs to the nicely updated living area, designed with all the comforts of home, and prepare a quick meal in the well-appointed kitchen with new appliances and seating for four. After a day at the beach, step outside onto the large oceanfront balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The downstairs bedroom features its own balcony overlooking the Assawoman Bay, offering a beautiful spot to watch the famous Ocean City sunsets. A full bathroom with a shower is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door, and when you’re ready for sand between your toes, simply step off the large Century I sundeck and head straight to the beach.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2026 through Memorial Day 2027. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.

Beautiful Condo

This is my eighth time visiting Ocean City and my families third time and this condo was spectacular. Great views, both Bayside and ocean. The interior was very updated and cozy. Everything from the soft beds to the cozy living room, the kitchen is also very modern with new appliances. This building has a good layout with the service elevator to take you to and from your room when you're going to the beach, but then a separate set of elevators for more formal entrance. This building is not only the tallest in Ocean City, and by far my favorite. Stayed in this building once about five years ago. But this room 1612 is my favorite. We will be trying to book again in the future.

We've stayed at this unit 3 times now because we like the kitchen set up and all the utensils, fridge, updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. The living room could use improvement. The one couch is so far away from the table. We did let Coastal Resorts know that the fridge needed a water filter replacement. Otherwise, we are happy to have this nice unit to stay in for our annual vacation in OC. Love that we were able to check in early and everyone was really nice that we met. Thanks so much!

We had a great stay at 1612 in the Century 1 building and would love to come back again! The only issue that we had for the owner is that the downstairs shower was not usable because of the way the sliding door was installed. It doesn't close the entire way and the shower head is so strong that water hits off the back wall and shoots out the gap on to the floor. Some type of lip/border needs to be installed or else the floor will continue to have water issues. We only used it once. It looks nice but should be looked at. Other than that, we had no issues!

This is one of the taller buildings in OC and up on the 16th floor the views are outrageous, both ocean side and bay side from this condo. Beach access is easy and proximity to restaurants and stores is ideal. Recommend.
