Drop your bags and take in the ocean view from the floor to ceiling window of the private entry level primary bedroom! Then head downstairs through the comfortable living area with sleep sofa and take in the salt air from the large ocean front balcony. There is also a telescope provided for nightly stargazing. Just through the well-equipped kitchen with chair seating for 6 is where you'll find the 2nd full tub & shower bath as well as the bay side bedroom. This bedroom boosts a small balcony to enjoy the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets. The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.
