The 1st floor has private den w/queen sleeper sofa half bath & laundry room. 2nd floor has a large open kitchen w/granite countertop plus family room & half bath. Bay view deck off the kitchen. 3rd floor has master suite w/king bed & large full bathroom - double sinks shower & soaking tub.
