Three balconies! A rare treat this beautifully updated 6th & 7th floor split level condo boasts 3 balconies for spectacular ocean and bay views. Vacation begins the moment you enter this stylish unit and drop your bags in your private ocean front primary bedroom with balcony. With floor to ceiling windows you can watch the sunrise from bed before heading downstairs to the comfortable living area with sofa bed and well-appointed kitchen with bench seating for 4 or enjoy breakfast on the 2nd ocean front balcony. You won't want to miss the incredible Assawoman Bay sunsets from the 3rd balcony of the downstairs bedroom. A tub & shower bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door. You'll find large flat screen TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. When you're ready for sand in your toes step off the massive Century 1 sundeck and hit the beach! Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week. The Century I building offers a fitness center complete with sauna as well as an indoor pool (open seasonally) and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.
