Head downstairs to the comfortable living area with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, along with a well-appointed kitchen with bench seating for four where you can gather for meals or enjoy breakfast on the second oceanfront balcony. As evening approaches, the third balcony off the downstairs bedroom provides the perfect place to take in the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets. A full bathroom with tub and shower is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door, and large flat-screen TVs are provided in both bedrooms and the living room for added comfort. When you’re ready for sand between your toes, simply step off the massive Century I sundeck and head straight to the beach.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking may be available through Century I on a first-come, first-served basis for $10 per day or $70 per week.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.
