Two ocean front balconies! Take in the incredible ocean sunrise from the balcony of your private primary bedroom. Downstairs just through the comfortable living area and eat-in kitchen with seating for 6 is where you'll find the 2nd large balcony for all to enjoy. The downstairs bedroom sleeps 4 and boosts floor to ceiling windows for a great bayside view. A full bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door. When you're ready for sand in your toes step off the massive Century 1 sundeck and hit the beach! The Century I building offers a fitness center complete with sauna as well as an indoor pool (open seasonally) and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment. Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.
