Downstairs, the comfortable living area and eat-in kitchen with seating for six provide a welcoming space to relax and gather, while the second large oceanfront balcony offers plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and sweeping ocean views. The downstairs bedroom comfortably sleeps four and features floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful bayside views, and a full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door. When you’re ready for sand between your toes, simply step off the massive Century I sundeck and head straight to the beach.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking may be available through Century I on a first-come, first-served basis for $10 per day or $70 per week.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.
