This spacious split-level condo is designed for comfort and convenience, offering plenty of room for your group while keeping you close to everything the beach has to offer, with a maximum occupancy of 9 guests.
The main living area downstairs provides a cozy place to unwind after a full day in the sun, paired with a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and everything you need to enjoy meals at home. Just outside, the oceanfront balcony is the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or wind down in the evening while listening to the waves roll in. The second bedroom includes three double beds and its own private balcony overlooking Assawoman Bay—an ideal setting for taking in Ocean City’s famous sunsets.
Guests will also enjoy convenient building amenities including Wi-Fi, elevator access, an indoor pool, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added comfort throughout your stay. When it’s time for the beach, simply head out via the Century I sundeck and you’re steps from the sand.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2026 through Memorial Day 2027. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.
