A $75 building amenity fee per week is included with your reservation and covers one parking space. Additional parking may be available directly through The Capri on a first-come, first-served basis at $10 per day or $55 per week.
Important Construction Notice: The Capri building is scheduled to undergo a balcony remediation project from September 9, 2026, through May 7, 2027, with work taking place Monday through Friday. Because the entire property will be an active construction zone, guests should anticipate construction-related noise and activity regardless of their unit’s location. This unit's balcony will be inaccessible during this phase, and parking availability may be limited. We encourage guests to carefully consider these conditions before booking.
