This unique split-level condo offers two balconies with incredible ocean and bay views, giving you the perfect vantage point to enjoy both sunrise over the Atlantic and sunset over Assawoman Bay. The entry-level queen primary bedroom features dramatic floor-to-ceiling oceanfront windows, allowing you to wake up to stunning water views each morning. Upstairs, the comfortable living area with two sleeper sofas creates a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach and opens to a large oceanfront balcony where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the waves. The kitchen area includes seating for six, making it easy to gather for meals during your stay. Another balcony provides the perfect place to unwind while watching the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets, and both full bathrooms feature tub and shower combinations for added convenience.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking may be available through Century I on a first-come, first-served basis for $10 per day or $70 per week.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.
