Your reservation includes a $100.00 Quay Amenity fee required by the Quay building. This amenity fee includes one parking space for the duration of your stay. Additional spaces are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis at $12/ day or $100.00 for the week.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy, please see bed sizes below:
